We are a “full service” Facilities and Construction Contractor, and certified as fabricators and installers of Corian® products and 3M®  security window film. <b>Facilities Maintenance contracts</b>
<br>%bb  Defense Logistics Agency Fort Belvoir, Virginia. A Firm-Fixed Price and IDIQ contract. We provide a staff to maintain all building structures and tenant spaces for over 1,000,000 SFT.  Work includes carpentry, flooring, drywall, acoustical ceilings, sound proofing, painting, doors and locks, and more. In conjunction with the firm-fixed price portion we perform IDIQ projects which can consist of millwork, solid surface, and window film installations.
<br><br>%bb  Medical/Dental Clinic on Quanitico Marine Corps Base, Quantico Virginia. We performed all Preventative Maintenance, Routine/Emergency Work Orders, and Delivery Order experience in approximately 100,000 SFT in three buildings.  We were responsible for the entire HVAC and Mechanical systems, Direct Digital Control System, and Medical Gas System. We performed a variety of services including carpentry, roofing, asphalt, electrical, and plumbing.
<br>%bb  Federal Bureau of Investigation Hoover Building Washington, DC. Our full time maintenance staff for the building (approximately 293,000 SFT) consisted of CAPRENTERS, ELECTRICIANS, HVAC MECHANICS, and PLUMBER. 
<br>%bb  Virginia Department of Transportation Northern Virginia DMV locations. We have a dedicated staff that provides as needed maintenance services to the DMV including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. In addition to maintenance services we have completed over 100 renovation projects for the department.
<br><br><b>SCIF Renovations</b>
<br>%bb  Built numerous SCIF offices and conference rooms for a variety of agencies thoughout the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. Frank O'Connor Inc. is capabable of helping you and your agency or department meeting your SCIF requirements. 
<br><br><b>Building Renovations</b>
<br>%bb  Defense Logistics Agency Fort Belvoir, Viriginia. Successfully provided seven years of service on a SABER contract. During which time we renovation a fitness center, cafeteria, offices, bus shelters and SCIF spaces.
<br>%bb  Northern Virginia Community College Annandale Campus, Annandale Virginia renovated a building to include new Solid Surface lounge area countertops, millwork, upgraded HVAC system, upgraded electrical lighting, new glass storefronts, entire classroom renovations including painting, ACT ceilings and flooring.
<br>%bb  Loudoun County Department of Housing, Loudoun County Virginia. Frank O'Connor Inc. has renovated five houses for the county work has including concrete, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Lead Abatement, carpentry, windows and doors, and roofing.
<br><br><b>3M Window Film Installations</b>
<br>%bb  Frank O'Connor Inc. is a certified 3M Window Film installer in Northern Virginia. 
<br><br><b>  Solid Surface Installations</b>
<br>%bb  Department of Motor Vehicles Northern Virginia. Built custom Corian(r) countertops for DMV locations.
